How long does it take to deliver my card?

Most of our members receive their cards within 2-4 working days. If yours hasn’t arrived within 5, it may be that your trading address isn't correct. To check, you can view and edit your trading address by tapping the icon in the top right-hand of your Tide app's 'Payment' tab. From here, tap 'Go to settings' > 'Business details' > 'Trading address'. If your trading address is incorrect, you can update it here and then order a new card free of charge. Go to the 'Payments' tab, tap 'Cards', then select the card you want to replace and tap 'Cancel card permanently'. From here you'll be able to order your new card to your registered trading address. If your trading address is correct, please contact us through your secure in-app chat by tapping 'Support' > 'Messages'.
