Promotional Offer Terms & Conditions
Promotion. Tide Platform Ltd ("Tide") offers a £100 monetary reward to all applicants who meet the Eligibility criteria outlined in clause 3 below (the "Promotion").
Terms. The Promotion is subject to these terms and conditions ("Promotion Terms").
Eligibility Criteria. In order to be eligible for this Promotion, the applicant must:
Complete the sign-up process using the Promo Code (as defined below in clause 4).
Download the Tide app and follow the steps to complete Know Your Customer ("KYC") checks between 1st January 2025 and 31st March 2025 ("Promotional Period") and:
successfully open a Tide Business Current Account (all new Tide Members who open a Tide Business Account get a Tide Instant Saver account with it automatically);
OR successfully connect an external bank account to the Tide Platform and open a Tide Instant Saver account during the Promotional Period.
Fund their Tide Instant Saver account with at least £5,000 (in one or multiple transactions) before the end of the Promotional Period and maintain the balance for at least 30 days after the last deposit made within the Promotion Period.
Hold an active Tide membership and comply with the standard terms and conditions applicable to Tide Business Account Holders or Tide Members using the Tide Platform with an external bank account ("Tide Terms") until receiving the Reward under this Promotion.
(each of the sub-clauses listed above is referred to separately hereinbelow as "Eligibility Criteria").
Promo Code: The applicant is required to enter the promo code MAKINGMONEYQ1 ("Promo Code"):
While signing up for a Tide Business Current Account or connecting an external bank account to the Tide Platform during the Promotional Period.
Retrospectively, within the app’s More menu within 1 week of opening their account or connecting their external bank account.
By contacting us through the in-app chat within 1 week of opening their account or connecting their external bank account.
Reward
For each applicant who has met the Eligibility Criteria under clause 3 above, a £100 monetary reward will be applied to their Tide Business Account or credited to the external account which was connected to the Tide Platform ("Reward").
It can take up to 8 weeks after the applicant has met the Eligibility Criteria outlined in clause 3 above for the requirements to be validated and the relevant Rewards to be transferred to the applicant’s Tide Business Account or the external account which was connected to the Tide Platform.
Miscellaneous
This Promotion applies only to new Tide members who are opening/connecting a Tide account for the first time. No existing Tide members will be eligible for this Promotion.
Participation in this Promotion is restricted to one (1) per Tide account.
We encourage participants to check the Promotion Terms regularly as we reserve the right to amend the Promotion Terms and to withdraw referral schemes, competitions and promotions at any time. The participant’s continued use of Tide’s services shall constitute their acceptance of any such amendments.
An applicant must use the Promotion as intended by Tide and must not use the Promo Code as a means to generate income or business.
Tide reserves the right to reverse any Reward an applicant receives during this Promotion if (i) the Reward was earned fraudulently, (ii) it is found that the applicant has breached the Promotion Terms or the Tide Terms, or (iii) a technical error has occurred when applying the Reward.
If Tide has reasonable grounds to believe that an applicant has engaged in any fraud or material abuse of this Promotion (such as for example attempting to deliberately mislead Tide Member Support to gain the Reward) Tide may in its sole discretion take any actions it sees fit in the circumstances.
Tide gives no warranty and accepts no liability in connection with this Promotion or other services/products or the participant’s use of them.
This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Tide offer or promotion in relation to the opening of a new Tide account.
