What’s your favourite thing about your role?

I get to express my opinion and suggest different ways of doing something. We have the most collaborative team that is very welcoming and open to suggestions.

How does the work you do impact Tide as a business, the product or our members?

We are building the future of SME banking with the most diverse and collaborative team. Payments are the backbone of our app and we are working towards making it convenient and seamless to our members.

What’s your favourite thing about working for Tide?

It’s a perfect balance of a relaxed and fast-paced environment. Each day is different, one can never get bored here. Tide is full of new things to learn and explore.

I am a very good listener. For me a person is like a book and the only way to read them is by listening to their stories. Everyone has an interesting life, all you need is eyes to see and ears to listen.
