ABOUT THE TEAM

The Member Accession Marketing Team (India) plays a crucial role in driving Tide’s growth in the Indian market by acquiring and onboarding new members from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The team tailors marketing strategies to engage potential members, guide them through seamless onboarding, and ensure they are well-equipped to leverage Tide’s suite of financial and administrative tools. By creating localized campaigns, building strong relationships, and leveraging data for continuous improvement, the team fosters long-term member engagement, ensuring Tide becomes the go-to platform for Indian SMEs.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an Operations Manager to drive operational excellence and optimize processes within the team. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient business operations, managing resources, overseeing departments, and developing strategies to improve operational efficiency. You will work with large data sets to enhance reporting efficiency, create dashboards, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve impactful outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

KEY  RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Take ownership of operational processes to support the Partnerships team in achieving strategic goals.
  • Manage administrative teams and ensure seamless communication across departments.
  • Optimize workflows to ensure efficient collaboration and timely execution of partnership deliverables.
  • Analyze and interpret large data sets to provide actionable insights that inform business decisions.
  • Compile and analyze data related to revenue, adjusting budgets and production goals accordingly.
  • Develop, maintain, and refine dashboards with performance metrics and visualizations for QR/SP/PCS partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline data management, reporting, and analysis processes.
  • Leverage advanced tools (Excel, SQL, Looker) to create insightful reports and dashboards to guide strategic decisions.
  • Be the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, making sure everyone understands and agrees on the operational tasks and goals.
  • Enhance data visualization and reporting capabilities using tools like Looker Studio.
  • Monitor and adjust budgets and production goals based on performance forecasts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration.
  • Develop and implement compliance training programs, track progress, and provide additional support where necessary.

WHO MAKES A GREAT FIT

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 6-10 years of proven experience in operations management, preferably within the fintech industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Looker, etc.).
  • Experience with dashboarding and management information systems (MIS) development.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and keen attention to detail.
