Internal Job Title :: Partnership Manager 

About You Responsibilities-

This role will play a critical role in selling and developing business partnerships at regional level across the City. You will have to be proactive and passionate, capable of creating your own sales leads as well as rapidly converting centrally driven enquiries. The main product you would be handling would be Business loan & Personal loan category

  • Achieve business KPIs through cross-departmental collaboration, team management, and relationship management skills.
  • Onboard merchants and consumers onto the Tide platform by selling prepaid cards with the help of a team in Delhi NCR.
  • Pitch Tide loan products (Business Loans & Personal Loans) through the FOS team to the retail sector and consumers, forwarding loan requests to lenders based on eligibility criteria.
  • Manage loan accounts and assess loan applications.
  • Hire and train a team of Managers and Field Sales Executives (FSE).
  • Build a team from scratch (FSE on contract) and launch new products with a strong market network.
  • Responsible for Revenue Generation and achieve targets 

What makes you a great fit:  

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in banking, NBFCs, or fintech, specifically in selling fintech products and unsecured products such as business loans, personal loans, and micro business loans and managing FSE 
  • Strong retail and business connections in Delhi NCR.
  • Experience managing a team of at least 100 FSEs and 5 Sales Managers (SMs).
  • Proven track record in handling unsecured loans through branch and Direct Sales Team (DST) channels, as well as sourcing credit cards/prepaid cards.
  • Experience in leading a team in the fintech industry, especially in the lending (credit) category for business loans and personal loans, is preferred.
