About the role
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a team of busy executives, helping them optimise their time and ensure smooth daily operations. Your proactive and efficient approach will be key to keeping everything running seamlessly.

As Executive Assistant you will
- Provide top-tier executive support to a team of senior leaders.
- Manage the executives' schedules and workload to ensure they can focus on their priorities, through strategic planning, delegation, and coordination.
- Oversee team communication on behalf of the executives.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking and preparing detailed itineraries.
- Prepare key documentation for meetings and presentations.
- Draft agendas, compile briefing materials, and take minutes during meetings.
- Manage team budgets, including tracking expenses and handling submissions.
- Plan and execute company-wide events, leadership offsites, and other key activities.
- Assist with special projects, including research, analysis, and presentations, as needed by the team.
What we’re looking for
- Experience: 10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, including significant experience working with C-suite leaders in high-growth, fast-moving environments.
- Organisational Mastery: Expertise in managing calendars, coordinating travel, and overseeing events.
- Project Management: Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders, prioritise competing tasks, and coordinate across teams and locations.
- Collaborative Spirit: Known for your interpersonal skills, you are a trusted point of contact for the executives, able to represent them internally and externally.
- Calm Under Pressure: Able to effectively prioritise, multitask, and manage time, even in high-pressure situations.
- Attention to Detail: You have a meticulous eye for accuracy and precision in all tasks.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Discretion: You handle confidential information with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using tools like G Suite, Word, Excel, DocuSign, Confluence, and Slack.
- Innovative Thinking: You’re resourceful and creative, always looking for the most efficient and cost-effective ways to get things done.
