ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a talented FP&A Manager to act as a strategic business partner to our India business.

In this role you will play a critical role in driving financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for Tide operations in India. You will provide actionable insights, ensuring that financial and strategic decisions support our ambitious growth plans for this key market. Reporting to the Head of Finance IN, you will work closely with cross-functional leaders to optimize resource allocation, improve financial efficiency, and drive sustainable growth in the region.

As an FP&A Manager you’ll be:

  • Leading all annual, quarterly, and long-range financial planning for the India segment of the business, ensuring alignment with company-wide financial and strategic goals.
  • Working closely with senior leaders to develop, understand, and track execution of plans against targets.
  • Serving as the primary finance business partner to the India Leadership team, providing financial insights and decision support.
  • Developing and maintaining financial models to evaluate market-specific costs, growth opportunities, and unit economics.
  • Provide variance and key performance metrics analysis to drive accountability and operational efficiency.
  • Support scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and strategic financial projects to guide decision-making.
  • Reviewing reports, financial models, analysis, and other work completed by FP&A Analysts and the wider Finance team.
  • Coaching and mentoring Analysts on the FP&A team.
  • Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and controls to ensure completeness, accuracy, compliance and financial integrity.
  • Developing and implementing continuous process improvements.
  • Working with the FP&A and Transformation teams to successfully drive roadmap items for the recently implemented financial planning system (Anaplan).

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 7+ years of experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, or a related field, preferably in a high-growth fintech or technology environment.
  • Experience working closely with regional leadership teams, preferably within the Indian market, and understanding local market dynamics.
  • Strong financial modelling skills.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to translate financial insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Track record of developing process improvements that drive meaningful impacts for Finance and the business.
  • Sharp attention to detail, with an unwavering focus on cost control and financial discipline.
  • Personable and able to build trusting working relationships.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience working with dedicated financial planning software (eg. Anaplan) and data visualisation tools (e.g. Looker).
  • Undergraduate or master’s degree in finance/ accounting/ economics/ mathematics.
