About the team 

The Learning and Development (L&D) team is dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous growth and improvement within Tide. Our mission is to design and implement comprehensive training programs that enhance employees' skills, knowledge, and professional development. By leveraging innovative learning methods and tools, the L&D team empower individuals to achieve their full potential, driving both personal and organisational success.

About the role

  • Training Needs Assessment: Conduct assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs within the organisation.
  • Program Design and Development: Create and develop  training programs, workshops, and materials that address identified needs.
  • Facilitation and Delivery: Lead and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and virtually.
  • Evaluation and Improvement: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics, and making necessary improvements.
  • Technology Integration: Utilising e-learning platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and other technological tools to deliver and track training programs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with department heads, HR, and other stakeholders to align training programs with organisational goals and strategies.
  • Employee Support: Providing support and guidance to employees in their professional development journeys, including one-on-one coaching and mentorship.

As an L&D Associate you’ll be:

  • Designing and developing instructional materials and curricula tailored to various learning styles and needs
  • Utilising e-learning platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and other training technologies to enhance the learning experience
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders across the organisation to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions
  • Analysing data to measure training program effectiveness and making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement
  • Supporting special projects related to learning and development as requested by the team

 

What makes you a great fit:

  • You have 3-5 years of experience in learning and development, training, human resources, or a related field
  • You have significant experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs
  • You possess strong instructional design skills, capable of developing materials tailored to various learning styles
  • You have excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners
  • You have outstanding verbal and written communication skills, essential for creating training materials and conveying information effectively
  • You are proficient with e-learning platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and other training technologies
  • You have strong analytical skills, able to assess training needs, measure program effectiveness, and analyse data
  • You excel at building relationships and working collaboratively with various stakeholders across the organisation
  • You are adaptable, able to flexibly adjust training programs to meet evolving organisational needs
  • You are creative, with innovative thinking to design engaging and effective training solutions
  • You have a genuine passion for continuous learning and professional development
