ABOUT THE TEAM :-
The Member Accession Marketing Team (India) plays a critical role in driving Tide’s growth in the Indian market by acquiring and onboarding new members from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The team tailors marketing strategies to engage potential members, guides them through seamless onboarding, and ensures they are well-equipped to leverage Tide’s suite of financial and administrative tools. By creating localized campaigns, building strong relationships, and leveraging data for continuous improvement, the team fosters long-term member engagement, ensuring Tide becomes the go-to platform for Indian SMEs
ABOUT THE ROLE:-
You will lead data-driven marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. This role demands a creative yet analytical mindset to optimize growth strategies and ensure a seamless brand experience across all touchpoints.
- Growth Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to acquire, retain, and scale users.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and analytics teams to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Product-Led Growth:
- Work closely with the product team to enhance the user journey and drive product adoption.
- Identify key activation points and optimize onboarding flows for seamless user experiences.
- Marketing Automation & Tools Management:
- Utilize tools like WebEngage, MoEngage, or similar platforms for customer lifecycle management, engagement, and retention campaigns.
- Set up and optimize campaigns for push notifications, email, in-app messaging, and SMS to maximize user engagement.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Analyze data to identify growth opportunities, measure campaign performance, and optimize for ROI.
- Conduct A/B tests, funnel analysis, and user segmentation to refine marketing strategies.
- User Acquisition & Scaling:
- Design and execute campaigns to acquire high-quality users via paid and organic channels.
- Scale user acquisition efforts while maintaining CAC efficiency and improving LTV.
- Retention & Engagement:
- Implement and track retention strategies to reduce churn.
- Create targeted campaigns to re-engage inactive users and maximize lifetime value.
- Collaboration & Leadership:
- Lead a cross-functional team to align marketing efforts with product roadmaps and business goals.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support growth initiatives.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:-
- You must have 4 – 8 years in growth marketing, product marketing, or similar roles in Fintech, E-commerce, or consumer tech domains.
- You may have expertise in tools with WebEngage, MoEngage, or similar marketing automation platforms.
- You should have analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude for data analysis and reporting.
- You must have user proven track record in scaling users via performance marketing, content, and product-led growth strategies.
- You must have strong written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling campaigns and presenting data-driven insights.
- You should have ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
