ABOUT THE TEAM 

The Member Engagement Marketing (MEM) Copy team writes and reviews copy for the wider marketing department and beyond. Our focus is helping the members who have already joined us learn more about our products, features and ways to make the most of their Tide account.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Mid Copywriter, you will be:

  • Producing creative copywriting across multiple formats, including email, mobile notifications, blog posts, landing pages and more
  • Turning technical information into simple, compelling messaging and content
  • Reviewing, amending and approving existing content, including the work of other writers. You’ll be a source of support and guidance for more junior writers both in the team and around the business 
  • Collaborating with multiple teams, including our copy community, to deliver Tide’s overarching strategy

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re seeking an enthusiastic, experienced Mid Copywriter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of copywriting experience 
  • A solid understanding of what a good brief looks like, and be able to answer it with high-quality copy that drives product engagement
  • Experience of working with a Style Guide or tone of voice guidelines
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in financial services – preferably in technology-driven & scale-up environments
  • A strong copywriter portfolio. Please share this alongside your application
