ABOUT THE ROLE
The Offline Performance Marketing Manager (Germany, France & UK Support) will play a key role in executing and optimizing offline media campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition across multiple markets. Reporting to the Senior Offline Performance Marketing Manager, this role will:
- Plan, execute, and optimize offline media campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition across Germany, France, and the UK.
- Manage media buying and planning across TV, radio, OOH, print, and direct mail, ensuring performance-driven execution.
- Collaborate with media agencies, vendors, and internal teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance data, providing insights and optimizations to maximize ROI.
- Adapt campaigns to market-specific trends and audience behaviors in Germany, France, and the UK.
- Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced fintech environment, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of experience in offline marketing, ideally within a media agency, multi-channel publisher, or advertiser-side team.
- Strong knowledge of media buying and planning, with hands-on experience across TV, radio, OOH, print, and direct mail.
- Proven track record of managing campaigns in Germany and France, with established relationships in local media markets.
- Analytical mindset, with experience using marketing analytics tools to track and optimize offline performance.
- Fluency in German or French, and English, with strong communication skills to collaborate across multiple markets
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced fintech environment.
- A creative eye for impactful offline media, ensuring brand alignment and audience engagement.
