Partner Credit Services (PCS) works with over 100 lender partners to connect business owners with the right funding at every stage of their journey. Whether it's for founders scaling their business, entrepreneurs navigating tough markets, or leaders adapting their strategies, we help them secure the right financing, enabling them to trade, plan, and grow with confidence.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Partner Credit Services is on an ambitious growth trajectory for 2025 and beyond. A core part of this growth will rely on the success of our sales teams. Following the acquisition of Funding Options by Tide, PCS expanded significantly in India last year and established new customer-facing teams to support the growing demand in the market. We plan to double the size of the PCS sales organization, with a significant portion of that growth happening within the India-based team.
We are seeking a Partnership Leader with a strong sales background to oversee and develop a high-performing sales culture for the PCS India sales teams. This role will focus on driving results for our outbound and inbound sales teams, particularly in the unsecured loans space. The role will involve working closely with Partnership Manager & Sr Partnership manager managing unsecured loans, asset-backed, and commercial coverage businesses to ensure KPIs are met, customer satisfaction is prioritized, and overall sales performance is optimized.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As the Partnership Leader,
- Develop and maintain a high-performing sales culture across the India-based teams.
- Collaborate with the PCS Sales Performance Lead to create structured training and development programs for team members.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and requirements while liaising with key local stakeholders.
- Supervise processes, serve as a point of escalation for complaints, risk, and control issues, and support the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
- Embed a culture of continuous improvement through regular feedback and performance monitoring.
- Report directly to the Vice president , while maintaining a dotted line to local leadership in India.

- Build relationships across the organization, including with Sales, Operations, Product Management, People Management, and Marketing teams.
- Be passionate about helping small businesses grow and succeed through access to the right financing.
- 12+ years of experience in outbound contact center sales and capable of building a team from scratch.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in lending sales (outbound/inbound), preferably from a fintech background.
