ABOUT THE TEAM:

The MAM Propositions Team is a part of the Member Accession Marketing Product team at Tide. Our mission is to deliver a seamless onboarding experience together with offering a product suite of useful services for Tide’s new-to-market segment.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Some of the things you’ll be doing:

  • Product Strategy:  Articulate the product vision, develop strategy and roadmap for new products in the Value Stream, translate complex business requirements into measurable objectives and key results, identify impactful opportunities for our business and members.
  • Product Discovery: Build deep expertise by conducting market research and analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends and competitive landscape, conduct user research to empathize with members and inform product strategy.
  • Product Execution: Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to define product requirements, prioritise features, and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Product Analytics & Optimisation: Effectively use data analysis and experiments to drive data-driven decisions and inform product strategy
  • GTM: Collaborate with Marketing teams to develop Go-to-market strategies and facilitate product launch.

You’ll be a great fit if:

  • You’ve had 3-5 years of product management. You’ve had a track record of shipping market-leading products in a fast-growing product-focused company before as a Product Manager.
  • You’re a product evangelist: you are obsessed with the end-user, well-versed in product research and development practices and are willing to share your knowledge with other product owners.
  • You have a strong ownership mindset: You’re a self-starter and can operate with a high degree of independence. You’re also comfortable in leading and solving vague and ambiguous problems with minimal guidance.
  • You have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. You take initiatives in spotting opportunities and finding ways to solve challenges: we’re after someone who’s not afraid to get their hands dirty and remove any blockers that might be on the critical path to shipping.
  • You have the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively to a wide range of audiences, and in a structured way.
  • You’re organised and pragmatic:  capable of leading a technical interdisciplinary team to drive execution and alignment across teams to achieve results.
  • You’re comfortable working in a fast-moving company where priorities can change and processes may need to be created from scratch.
