Ongoing Monitoring Quality Assurance Analyst
Location: Hyderabad
What we’re looking for:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QA analyst to join our growing and evolving Operations support team that sits within our First Line of Defence. In this role, you will be monitoring adherence to all Ongoing Monitoring processes at Tide, which will include card disputes, faster payment monitoring, investigation and submitting SARs. You will be ensuring that the correct actions are being taken to identify and report Financial Crime concerns. You will assist in creating, developing, and implementing Ongoing Monitoring quality processes and procedures for Tide. You will look to assess technical accuracy, customer service performance, and conformity to company policies and procedures, through sampling of Ongoing Monitoring reviews and identify gaps.
You will report to the Quality Assurance Team lead and sit within the First line of defense, you will work closely with the Financial Crime Trainers, Ongoing Monitoring Team Leads to advise on areas that need to be improved and what can be done to remove such gaps.
Some of the things you’ll be doing:
- Monitoring Ongoing Monitoring Analysts’ adherence to key processes
- Share feedback on the QA audits.
- Generating QA reports
- Achieving the sampling target which is allotted to you.
- Identify trends with reference to process, analyst and segment.
- Identify gaps / improvements in process.
- Suggest automations.
- Working closely with the peers to implement quality strategies and drive the overall project’s performance.
