ABOUT THE ROLE :
As a Senior Analyst – Credit Products you’ll work closely with Tide’s credit product teams to shape credit product and risk decision making. This role will suit an individual that can operate with a high degree of independence and has hands-on experience of proactively taking initiative to uncover insights from data.
As a key member of our team, your role will go beyond merely generating reports; you will be expected to extract meaningful insights from data, enabling informed decision-making that drives our lending strategy. Some of the things you’ll be doing:
- Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Utilize advanced analytics to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets. Focus on analyzing lending product performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations.
- Credit Risk Management: Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) related to credit risk. Develop strategies to mitigate risk while supporting business growth.
- Marketing Campaign Performance Analysis: Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across channels by analyzing key metrics such as engagement, conversion rates, funnel performance and ROI. Provide actionable insights to optimize future strategies.
- User Behavior Insights: Leverage data analytics to understand user behavior patterns, segment audiences, and identify opportunities to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.
- Collaboration with Credit Product Teams: Work closely with product managers and developers to inform and guide the development of new credit products. Use data-driven insights to influence product strategy and design.
- Reporting & Communication: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. Clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
- Continuous Learning & Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data analytics tools and methodologies. Continuously seek ways to improve our data analysis processes and credit product offerings.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- You to have 4+ years of experience working as a credit focused analyst or data scientist at a fintech or bank.
- You have expert SQL proficiency and can navigate complex data warehouse relationships
- You to have proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills.
- You to have strong expertise in Python for data analysis, modeling, and visualization, with experience using libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib/Seaborn.
- You are a self starter who takes initiative and can operate with a high degree of independence.
- You have the ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast paced environment.
