About the team 

You will be part of the Member Accession Marketing team as an Partnership Manager , based out of Delhi NCR.MAM is  highly motivated is dedicated to driving customer acquisition,  through strategic partnerships and innovative marketing initiatives, As we continue to expand, we are strengthening our Insurance vertical, which includes Health, Life, and General Insurance products, to deliver comprehensive solutions to our members.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Senior Partnership Manager for Insurance will play a critical role in developing and executing the strategic vision for the insurance vertical within the Member Accession Marketing Team. This role will focus on driving revenue generation, customer acquisition, and client acquisition by building strong relationships with health, life, and general insurance providers, brokers, and distributors. You will lead business development efforts, manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, and ensure seamless integration of insurance products into our broader marketing and financial offerings.

This role will also require strategic oversight and execution to scale our insurance portfolio, penetrate new markets, and drive customer acquisition while ensuring a high-quality experience for our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute the insurance partnership strategy within the Health, Life, and General Insurance sectors, with a strong focus on driving customer acquisition and client acquisition.
  • Generate revenue by identifying, negotiating, and closing high-value partnerships with leading insurance providers, brokers, and distributors.
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with key insurance providers, brokers, and distribution partners, ensuring access to competitive and diverse insurance products.
  • Integrate insurance solutions (health, life, and general) into existing product offerings, driving cross-sell opportunities and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing, Risk, Product Management) to align product strategies, marketing campaigns, and ensure effective execution aimed at client acquisition and market expansion.
  • Track and optimize the performance of insurance partnerships, ensuring alignment with KPIs related to revenue generation, customer acquisition, and sales growth.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance for all insurance products offered, staying updated on industry regulations and managing risk mitigation efforts.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop new insurance offerings that align with our target customers' preferences, driving business growth.
  • Mentor and guide junior partnership managers, building a high-performing team that is focused on revenue generation and achieving acquisition targets.
  • Expand the client base by exploring untapped markets, driving customer acquisition through innovative strategies and partnerships.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

11+ years of experience in insurance sales, partnership management, or business development, with a proven track record of revenue generation and client acquisition in the Health, Life, and General Insurance sectors.Deep understanding of the insurance market, including product knowledge, regulatory requirements, and customer acquisition strategies.Proven ability to negotiate and close high-value deals, driving business growth and meeting revenue targets.Strong network and relationships within the insurance industry, particularly with insurance providers, brokers, and distribution partners.Demonstrated ability to build and scale customer acquisition strategies that contribute to significant business growth.Proven track record in driving client acquisition and achieving KPIs for growth and sales in the insurance sector.Strong strategic and tactical mindset with the ability to develop actionable plans to drive revenue and meet acquisition targets.Experience managing teams, mentoring staff, and leading high-performance teams focused on growth, revenue generation, and customer acquisition.Proficiency in CRM systems and business management platforms (e.g., Zendesk, GSuite, Jira) to manage partnerships and track performance.
