ABOUT THE ROLE 

As a Senior Partnerships Associate in the Lending domain, you will be a critical member of the Partnerships team, responsible for fostering and managing lender relationships to drive Tide’s credit services growth. This role involves end-to-end oversight of partnership processes, from onboarding new lenders to ensuring seamless operations across lead management, approvals, disbursements, and post-sanction follow-ups. You will collaborate cross-functionally to achieve business objectives, maintain high-quality data practices, and generate actionable insights from large datasets.

As a Senior Partnerships Associate, you will be:

  • Onboard new lending partners to support demand from diverse segments.

  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with lender partners, including Banks, NBFCs, and Lending Marketplaces.

  • Drive business volumes through each lending partner and monitor monthly revenue MIS.

  • Ensure adherence to agreed-upon timelines for approvals and disbursements.

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of lead assignment, approval, disbursal, and post-sanction processes with each lending partner.

  • Work closely with telemarketing sales executives to monitor lead quality, conversion rates, and process efficiency.

  • Liaise with internal teams to align on product launches and fulfill lender requirements.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline data, reporting, and analysis processes.

  • Procure and sort high-quality data from various sources.

  • Handle large datasets and prepare detailed reports to derive actionable business insights.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

As a Senior Partnerships Associate, you’ll be accountable for establishing relationships with new partners in SME space and collaborating with other teams internally to ensure that partner referrals are signed up to Tide as quickly and smoothly as possible. You will work in the partnerships team to identify new ways to serve our partners by sending out regular communications to increase member acquisition. It will also be important for you to help expand our Partnerships footprint by working closely with the Tide personal contact marketing team to identify and plan events and exhibitions to enhance brand awareness. What makes you a great fit:

  • 4-7 years of experience in partnerships and account management in the SME lending space.

  • Proven track record of managing lender relationships in Fintech or digital banking.

  • Hands-on experience working with data analysis, reporting tools, and process optimization.

  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on revenue generation and value delivery.

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex information.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and autonomous with a strong problem-solving mindset.

  • Collaborative team player with a willingness to adapt to feedback and drive continuous improvement.

  • Graduate or postgraduate degree with excellent written and spoken English and Hindi language skills.

  • Familiarity with market research methodologies and insights generation.
