  • Partner Relationship Management: Own and strengthen relationships with key introducer partners, ensuring long-term success and alignment with business objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Line management of two team members, providing coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities to drive performance.
  • Performance Optimisation: Analyse lead generation and conversion data, identifying trends and taking action to improve results.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Credit Finance, Operations, Legal & Risk) to align on priorities and successful execution of partnerships.
  • Resilience & Problem-Solving: Navigate external challenges such as market shifts and partner dependencies with a proactive and adaptable approach.
