About the role 

As Senior People Operations Analyst, you will

  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from hiring to exit processes.
  • Assist in handling compensation and benefits for professionals, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Maintain records and data accuracy, as well as be a gatekeeper of  sensitive information and access controls
  • Assist in ensuring People processes comply with labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist in Implementing and maintaining software tools such as human resource information systems (HRIS), performance management software, and and other people tools
  • Manage the People Service Desk queries and assist requirements pertaining to employee reports and data updates
  • Create and maintain data dashboards for People teams to take informed business decisions.

What we are looking for 

  • Experience with project management and delivering results, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Should be self-driven and proactively look at improving user workflows of existing processes. 
  • Ability to prioritise and manage competing demands.
  • Be articulate, well spoken, approachable and able to work with multidisciplinary teams and leaders.
  • Ability to challenge status quo & out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Possess a data centric and analytical mind-set.
  • Have the ability to design systemic interventions/ feedback loops.
  • Be curious and open to unlearning and learning.
