ABOUT THE ROLE:

As our Product Analyst, you will be at the heart of driving data-informed decisions across Tide’s suite of products. Your expertise will guide product strategy, ensuring that our offerings are not only effective but also aligned with our members' needs. This role demands a blend of technical proficiency and business acumen, as you'll be responsible for everything from business use case development to revamping go-to-market strategies and performing comprehensive pre- and post-launch analysis.

This role suits a highly independent individual with a proven track record of proactively working within the product community. You’re not just an expert in digital products; you’re a passionate advocate for data-driven decision-making and an innovative thinker who can transform insights into impactful product features. You’ll be an integral part of the product squad, reporting functionally to the Head of Product Analytics.

  1. Product Discovery: Conduct hypothesis-driven deep dives into existing product usage data to identify user pain points, quantify the size of the problem, and propose actionable solutions.
  2. Solution Confidence: Lead product experimentation efforts, designing and analyzing tests to build confidence in the features we plan to invest in. You’ll be the go-to expert for product experiments, ensuring they provide meaningful data to guide decision-making.
  3. Product and Feature Performance Review: Collaborate with product teams to establish and measure KPIs that reflect the impact of new features. Your analyses will ensure that product developments solve real user problems and drive increased adoption.
  4. User Research: Perform data deep dives to uncover opportunities for enhancing user experiences. You’ll guide teams to focus on high-impact user problems that align with our commercial goals.
  5. Goals to KPI Translations: Work with product managers to translate revenue goals into business KPIs, identifying the impact hypotheses that will drive product success. You’ll also collaborate with analytics engineers to enable seamless KPI reporting through intuitive dashboards.
  6. Engagement to LTV Correlations: Establish and quantify the indirect impact of engagement-driven products on member longevity (LTV). Use statistical methods to validate these correlations and prioritize investments in features that enhance engagement and extend member lifecycles.
  7. Experimentation & Product Growth: Leverage deep insights into user behavior to design experiments that drive product adoption. Your analyses will be critical in interpreting results and guiding future product development.
  8. Self-Serve Product Analytics: Partner with data, engineering, and data science teams to deliver a world-class self-serve analytics platform. You’ll ensure that our experimentation stack, including tools like Launch Darkly, Segment, and Heap, is optimized for business and product teams to use effectively.
