About the role
As a Senior Insights Analyst ( Member Acquisition Marketing ), you’ll be responsible for managing insights projects related to member growth & acquisition.
Some of the things you’ll be doing:
- Presenting insights to stakeholders & senior management, translating analysis into the 'so what?' and identifying possible actions to take as a result
- Using your SQL/Python expertise to interrogate our data to solve key business
Problems
- Focusing on improving performance marketing and growth initiatives by providing full stack descriptive to prescriptive analytics via cutting edge technologies to support business objectives
- Ability to deal with ambiguity & form ambiguous questions into defined solutions to improve the business area
- Support to build analytics roadmap for customer strategy, acquisition efficiency, customer lifetime value enhancement and budget optimisation
- Collaborate with Analytical engineering and Martech to create a holistic view of the members by ensuring seamless integration of various data sources from 3rd party platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
- Advising and Support performance marketing stakeholders to provide an accurate view of the member attribution by various channels
- Measuring and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and other key KPIs
- Supporting Analytics leadership in prioritisation and identification of various business cases
- Refine work items with the business to the point where they can be worked upon and ensure timely and quality deliverables
- Champion powerful storytelling, prioritisation, commercial and growth mindset
- Presenting insights to stakeholders & senior management, translating analysis into the 'so what?' and identifying possible actions to take as a result
What makes you a great fit:
- 4+ years of experience working in the analytics team of a digital product. Experience working in fintech firms preferred ( not mandatory)
- You have experience in Performance Marketing is mandatory
- You have a sound understanding of how the different digital Marketing tools work
- You have a good understanding of digital marketing, A/B testing, Google Analytics, Appsflyer, etc.
- You have a good understanding of Multi touch attribution, Marketing Mix Modelling, Cohort Analysis, Customer Lifetime Value. ●
- You have excellent leadership skills – you can drive and influence team of analysts, engineers and data scientists without any formal reporting ●
- You have strong skills on SQL and Visualization tools ( Looker, Tableau, Qlikview etc.) ●
- You have great Storytelling skills and the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to business users ●
- You have unblock problems for your team- be it on querying data, understanding business logic or the best way to visually represent an information! ●
- You have good understanding of the business – you quickly identify which metrics are relevant for an area and anticipate which data projects will add value
- You have ability to effectively form relationships with the business in order to help with the adoption of data driven decision making ●
- You have self-starter – you take initiative in spotting opportunities and finding ways to solve challenges with data ●
- You have ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast paced environment
