About the team
As the first hire dedicated to Finance IT Transformation, you’ll work closely with our VP Finance and CFO to build scalable, innovative systems from the ground up. About the role
As a Senior PM – Finance IT Transformation, you will:
- Develop and own the vision for upgrading Tide’s financial processes, systems, and controls to ensure scalability, automation, cost efficiency, and alignment with company-wide goals.
- Lead the implementation of ERP, FP&A, HR management, and other critical systems.
- Create and manage OKRs for finance teams, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet company objectives.
- Build strong operational and commercial relationships with software partners to support Tide’s ambitious growth plans.
- Play a key role in shaping the future of Tide’s finance and people systems as we expand into new markets and scale our operations.
What we are looking for
- 5+ years of experience in program management or systems implementation, ideally in a Fintech or high-growth environment.
- Proven success in leading finance and people teams through large-scale change programs, including ERP system implementations.
- Experience migrating from Xero to enterprise SaaS financial ledgers (e.g., SAP S4, Workday, Netsuite) is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional stakeholder and vendor management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse systems and processes to deliver impactful solutions.
- Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where priorities can shift, and new processes need to be created.

- Gross monthly salary between 4960 and 6200 EUR, depending on skills and experience
