ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Senior Product Manager within the Credit Team focused on Sales Efficiency & Productivity for SMEs, you will:
- Develop, own and execute the product roadmap for the Sales Experience team, optimizing tools and processes that empower the sales team and enhance customer outcomes.
- Be hands-on, work closely with Sales teams, Engineers, and cross-functional teams, to drive dynamic prioritisation and deliver impactful solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor tools and workflows that cater to the needs of both the customers and Sales Teams.
- Own and grow key Product and business metrics, including sales team productivity.
- Continuously improve the product based on business goals, customer feedback, and data insights.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of the best-in-class experience for sales teams within the Credit vertical, driving measurable outcomes in productivity and customer success. The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of ownership and business acumen.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to align cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated success launching and scaling products with ownership, a delivery-focused mindset
- A hands-on approach in technology-driven or scale-up environments.
- Strong commercial acumen, a deep understanding of business unit economics and their impact on product strategy.
- Customer-first focus, user empathy, and strong technical understanding with problem-solving expertise.
- Good understanding of sales team workflows and CRM tools like Salesforce.
