ABOUT THE ROLE
Tide is hiring a Senior Product Manager for the Partner Credit Services team to drive a customer-first credit experience through scalable, efficient, and impactful solutions.
In this role, you will:
- Own the strategy and roadmap end-to-end, aligning closely with Tide’s customer needs and broader business goals.
- Take full accountability for outcomes, partnering with senior leadership, engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions at speed.
- Align global stakeholders and bring clarity through effective planning, prioritization, and proactive management of dependencies.
- Own the full product lifecycle, from discovery and design to implementation, go-to-market, and post-launch iterations.
- Define success through clear metrics and frameworks, using both qualitative and quantitative insights to guide decisions.
- Relentlessly advocate for the customer while continuously improving the product experience.
- Stay informed on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to shape future opportunities.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We’re seeking a strategic product leader with strong ownership, an execution-first mindset, and a passion for building high-impact products.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in credit, lending, or fintech, with a track record of owning and scaling products.
- Strong customer empathy, with experience building for underserved or complex customer segments.
- A proactive problem-solving mindset, with the ability to define hypotheses, work with data, build clear roadmaps, and align execution with business goals and priorities.
- A history of launching products with measurable business and customer impact alongside excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a drive to bring structure, clarity, and momentum in fast-paced environments.
- Strong commercial acumen and a solid understanding of unit economics and how they shape credit product strategies.
