 ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Senior Training Specialist at Tide, you will be responsible for identifying, preparing, developing, and delivering high-quality training and development solutions for Operations and Partnership Teams. As part of this team, you would be working on producing high quality Training Guides as per process requirements and offers, you will also be responsible for co-creating content around MOps, MAM and MEM functions, hosting exceptional training sessions for different teams across multiple functions and different locations (if applicable). Further, you will also be responsible for making appropriate changes in the training material as per changes in the procedures and guidelines (internal as well as product specific) and identifying training gaps and sorting those out in a timely manner across team levels.

Some of the things you’ll be doing: 

  • Train and mentor new hires on Product, process, system and skills.
  • Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and sales meetings to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Support FSEs in the field by accompanying them on sales pitch, providing guidance, and assisting with member onboarding. Owning training material specific to your line of business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive long-term business growth.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide relevant training and support to the sales team.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable feedback when needed.
  • Develop and update training materials, sales scripts, and other resources to support the sales team.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote onboarding opportunities and network with prospect members (If needed).
  • Ensure all Training activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Mastering the existing training formats, scorecards and planners while constantly striving for innovation.
  • Managing different Partnership vendors and coordinate to conduct various engagement activities to drive performance
  • You will be reporting to Training Manager

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • You have minimum 3 – 4 years of Training experience preferably in a growing Fintech, NBFC or BFSI organization and managing third party payroll employees
  • You must be currently holding either Trainer or a Senior Trainer position
  • Must be comfortable in training in a Classroom Set up as well as Virtually, managing Nesting performance and business metrics 
  • Must have previous experience in handling backend and front end support operations
  • Should be comfortable with work from office and rostered WeekOffs
  • Must be comfortable with making field visits to support both new and experienced FSEs. 
  • You must be comfortable in traveling to various locations across India (If required) to facilitate training sessions
  • Should have a decent understanding and experience of training tools, trends, processes, products, and promotions in India. 
  • You must have content creation experience in your profile and have delivered some type of training/refresher to your peer group/within your team
  • You must have proven record of managing various stakeholders (Internal as well as external) to get things done and the ability to build solid relationships and collaborate across the business
  • You must have exceptional articulating, public speaking capabilities and superior presentation skills
  • You must have creative skills to develop content through different tools (visual, e.g., G – Suite, PowerPoint presentations, as well as written, e.g., Confluence, Microsoft Word, etc.)
  • You are a highly motivated, decisive, goal-oriented, proactive, collaborative team player, enthusiastic and driven with a never say die attitude!
  • You are Highly data driven and have good capabilities in G-suite and MS office.
  • You are comfortable with delivering training sessions both in English as well as Hindi sometimes in combination
  • You are a Multi-tasker who can manage multiple streams of work concurrently.
