ABOUT THE TEAM
The Tide Partnerships team, positioned within the Member Accession Marketing team, plays a crucial role in Tide’s overall marketing strategy by driving new member acquisitions through the establishment and nurturing of strategic partnerships.
We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and commercially-focused Business Development Executive to join our high-performing team on a minimum 6-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to Tide’s growth by fostering meaningful partnerships that drive business success.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Business Development Executive, you will be a key contributor to the growth of Tide’s UK partnerships channel. You will focus on identifying, engaging, and onboarding potential partners while reactivating dormant relationships. Your role will be instrumental in driving new business opportunities and strengthening our presence in the UK market.
This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment and is eager to build a career in business development and partnerships.
As a Business Development Executive, you will:
- Generate New Partnership Leads: Proactively identify and reach out to potential partners in the UK market through cold calls, phone based outreach campaigns via targeted lead lists.
- Re-Engage Dormant Partners: Work with existing partner lists to reconnect with and activate previously engaged partners who have not been actively working with Tide.
- Effectively Sell Tide’s Partner Programme: Clearly articulate the benefits of partnering with Tide, handle objections, and position Tide as the ideal solution for potential partners.
- Qualify and Onboard Partners: Assess partnership potential using a structured qualification framework and guide successful partners through the onboarding process.
- Manage Outreach and Tracking in CRM: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation efforts, outreach activities, and partnership status in Pipedrive.
- Escalate High-Value Opportunities: Identify and escalate large-scale or strategically significant partnership opportunities to senior team members for further engagement.
- Complete Ad-Hoc Administrative Tasks: Support the partnerships team with administrative tasks such as partner onboarding, annual due diligence reviews, and other ad-hoc requests.
- Meet Performance Targets: This is a heavily targeted role with KPIs including number of phone dials, engagement rates, appointments booked with potential partners and onboarded partners to bolster the Tide Partnerships Lead funnel
