ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Staff Recruiter you will:

  • Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role
  • Develop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans, understanding business requirements to determine ideal profile needs 
  • Create market maps and competitor analysis for niche searches ensuring we find and attract top talent 
  • Partnering closely with hiring managers and key senior leaders to meet their hiring needs but also to provide guidance on recruiting strategies location planning
  • Utilising data to manage pipeline health and optimise search strategies accordingly 
  • Drive key recruiting initiatives within the team but also Tide wide
  • Conduct Interviews and candidate assessments in order to identify strengths, areas of opportunity, mitigate bias and advise hiring managers on hiring decisions
  • Maintain data accuracy & integrity in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) throughout the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Analyse pipeline data, identify patterns, generate insights, and leverage data to influence sourcing strategies and hiring decisions
  • Develop strong stakeholder relationships, fostering collaboration and influence even in ambiguous situations
  • Set clear expectations, deliver feedback, and manage performance outcomes within the team
  • Drive diversity recruiting strategy and impact results in support of broader teams

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Extensive hands-on experince in talent acquisition, ideally with a background mix of agency and in-house recruitment
  • Prior experience recruiting for Finance and Risk & Compliance positions 
  • Experience working in high-growth scale-up environments
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the financial services/fintech environment.
  • Experience partnering with Executive stakeholders 
  • Proven experience in market mapping and engaging passive candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, professional groups, events, etc.)
  • Consideration between candidate experience and business needs, with a proven ability to deliver hiring targets, while maintaining quality
  • Experience with ATS and other recruiting tools
  • Strong stakeholder management and prioritisation skills with the ability to navigate challenging situations and guide hiring managers to make the best decision for Tide
  • A data-driven approach, with the ability to analyse recruitment data and provide insights and guidance to hiring managers
  • Resilience, tenacity, and the ability to not give up when faced with adversity
