About the Role
As a Visual Designer, you will be responsible for creating stunning visuals across a wide range of media including digital, print, and video content. You'll collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and creative teams to bring our brand vision to life while ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Your work will help shape the visual identity of the brand and engage our target audience in meaningful ways.
You need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. You must have experience in producing online content with an eye for detail for executing content of the highest quality standards. We are a small team of highly capable people who believe passionately in the problem we are solving, collaborating closely with direct feedback, and encouraging action over deliberation.
What we’re looking for
We are looking for a creative and highly motivated Visual Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a designer who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about creating engaging, visually impactful content for digital platforms, especially social media.
Some of the things you’ll be doing:
- Develop visually engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit video content, integrating motion graphics, transitions, and sound design to enhance storytelling.
- Ensure consistency in visual elements across various marketing platforms, including social media, emails, websites, and print collateral.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, content, and product) to conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions that meet business objectives.
- Create high-quality, engaging content for digital channels that resonates with target audiences and supports marketing strategies.
- Incorporate constructive feedback from stakeholders into your design work, refining designs to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and competitor activity, bringing fresh ideas and creative inspiration into your design process
What makes you a great fit
- 3 TO 5 years years of experience in visual design, including creating graphics and video content for digital and print media.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma) and strong knowledge of design principles (typography, color theory, layout).
- Proficient to intermediate skills in video production, including shooting, editing, and enhancing video content for various platforms.
- Experience with creating integrated campaigns across multiple channels such as social media, email campaigns, display ads, and landing pages.
- A keen eye for design aesthetics, consistency, and ensuring high-quality execution across all assets.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
- A deep fascination for technology, a passion for design trends, and a proactive attitude toward continuously improving skills and staying up to date with industry changes.
- You have an understanding of HTML/CSS
