About the Team

The Member Accession Marketing team at Tide includes a Product team specializing in building and optimizing Tide’s member onboarding journeys, as well as owning additional products.

About the Role

We are looking for a CMS Content Manager with expertise in managing Contentful CMS (or similar platforms like Drupal/WordPress) to publish and update web content across multiple geographies. You will collaborate with marketing, SEO, legal, product, and engineering teams to ensure seamless content updates, localization, and stakeholder alignment.

What We Are Looking For

Tide is seeking a CMS Content Manager to oversee content publishing and localization efforts across multiple markets. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of experience managing web content using Contentful CMS (or similar platforms like Drupal/WordPress).

  • A strong background in content operations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in web publishing.

  • Experience working with marketing, SEO, legal, product, and engineering teams to manage and prioritize content updates.

  • Hands-on experience in localization workflows, ensuring seamless content adaptation for different regions.

  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge to support content formatting and troubleshooting.

  • Familiarity with SEO principles and compliance best practices.

  • Exposure to marketing automation tools (e.g., Zoho Forms) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Hotjar) is a plus.
