In rare cases, you may receive calls from Tide employees. For your safety, please carefully read the following information:
We would never ask you for the following information:
- Your security code for the Tide app
- One-time PINs for the Tide app
- Your account balance
- Your full card number
- The three-digit security code on the back of your card
Additionally, we would never ask you to transfer money to another account – even if your account is compromised. Instead, we would lock your account to secure it.
We also would not ask you to scan QR codes with your smartphone.
