How can I request a limit change?

You can request a limit increase or decrease directly from the Tide app. Go to ‘Payments’ > ‘Details’ > ‘Account Limits’ and tap “Increase account balance limit”. We’ll review your limit request, and once we have an outcome, we’ll share it with you in the in-app chat.

Important: Not all limits can be increased. At the moment, you can request increases for:

  • Transfer per transaction limit

  • Your account balance limit
