How do I sign up if I am unable to receive the OTP on my registered number?

If you don’t receive an SMS verification code within a minute, you can try raising a request for a new code by clicking on Resend OTP. Otherwise, the phone number linked to your account may be incorrect. Contact our Member Support team for assistance at indiasupport@tide.co.

  1. Ensure that the SIM card associated with the phone number you used to register with Tide is inserted into the device you’re using.

  2. Make sure that you are physically located in India and are not using a VPN.

  3. Open the newly downloaded Tide app and tap on ‘I already have an account’

  4. Follow the prompts to select or enter your Tide registered phone number.

  5. Once your phone number is verified, provide necessary permissions so that we can perform the necessary checks.

  6. Take a selfie. Make sure you’re in a well-lit room so the selfie is bright and clear.

  7. That’s it. Once verified, you will regain access to your Tide account.
