How does Receipt Importer work?

Receipt Importer is simple to use. On the web, log into your account and go to the ‘Tools & Services’ tab. Click ‘Browse Files’ and select the images of your receipt from your computer. You can use the ‘Drag and Drop’ feature to upload the files more easily. In your app, go to the ‘Admin’ menu’ > tap 3 dots next to ‘Accounting’ > ‘Receipt Importer’. Once you upload your receipts, Receipt importer will match them to your card transactions and show you a summary. Have a look to check if everything is correct and tap ‘Confirm’. You can also match receipts manually outside of the Receipt importer. If you have a receipt that’s related to more than one transaction, go to your transactions timeline > select the relevant transaction > ‘Add attachment’.

  1. Select the invoice from the ‘Outstanding’ view.

  2. Tap on ‘Cancel Invoice’.

  3. Review and send the cancellation email (your invoice won’t be cancelled if you don’t complete this step).
