How can I report the death of a Tide account holder?
Go to ‘Invoice’. Select an invoice by long-pressing, or go to the Actions menu (top right) and tap on ‘Select’. You can select up to 100 invoices. Tap the ✔ to mark the selected invoices as paid.
Your full legal name and relationship to the account holder. Let us know if you’re a Next of Kin, Named Executor, Third-Party Representative or a Co-Director (for Limited Companies only). If you hold a different relationship to the deceased, please let us know. The deceased account holder’s details.
