Can my clients make and receive international payments?

Yes, your clients can make and receive international payments in EUR via SEPA (The Single Euro Payments Area) now. They can also receive international payments via SWIFT. Here’s our International Payments FAQ that explains the types of payments we offer and accept, and any fees involved.

Once the app is downloaded, you can recover your Tide account by following these steps:

  1. Ensure that the SIM card associated with the phone number you used to register with Tide is inserted into the device you’re using.

  2. Make sure that you are physically located in India and are not using a VPN.

  3. Open the newly downloaded Tide app and tap on ‘I already have an account’

  4. Follow the prompts to select or enter your Tide registered phone number.

  5. Once your phone number is verified, provide necessary permissions so that we can perform the necessary checks.

  6. Take a selfie. Make sure you’re in a well-lit room so the selfie is bright and clear.

  7. That’s it. Once verified, you will regain access to your Tide account.
