What are Tide's business days and hours?

Our member support team is available from 10 AM to 7 PM from Monday to Sunday. Currently, we don’t have an in-bound call service, but you can always write to us at [email protected] and our team will give you an outbound call. However, we do have a 24*7 hotline number available to report a lost or stolen Tide expense card.
