How can I submit a vulnerability form?

To submit a self-disclosure form in the app, tap:  

The Profile icon in the top right corner of your app > ‘Profile and Settings’ > scroll down and select ‘Self-declaration’

You can still inform us about any situations you’re facing, outside of the personal circumstances declaration. Just open a chat to tell our professional and non-judgemental associates what the change in your situation is, and we’ll have this on record, and be able to review this information if needed.

  • Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari or Firefox.

In the app, tap: the ‘Profile’ icon > 'Login to web’, and scan the QR code on your computer or tablet screen with your phone camera. Important: The Tide app works with devices running on iOS 15 or above, or Android 10 or above. If your phone is using an older version, the app won’t work on it.
