What is individual assistance?

We want everyone to feel good about using our services. If you have any kind of disability, and you ask us for assistance, our team will see how we can help you. This might include alternative types of communication, or managing app settings. We also have fraud content in written and video with audio formats, so we can guide you to material that’s suitable for you.

Confirmation of Payee will check the account details entered by your customer against the account details held by your account. If you do not provide the name registered to your account, this may show as an error for your customer, causing delays to you being paid.
