I’ve lost my Tide card/ My Tide card has been stolen. Can I still use Apple Pay?

If you freeze your Tide card in the app, you won’t be able to use Apple Pay.

Instead, open a chat as soon as possible, so that we can reorder your card, and allow you to continue using Apple Pay meanwhile.

When receiving and activating your new card, the details in the Apple Wallet will be updated automatically.

Subscriptions billing details:

  • If you cancel your card and order a new one later, replace an online card, or one that’s ‘Lost’ or ‘Stolen’ – you’ll need to manually update your subscription billing details.

  • If you upgrade your account and receive a black card, or request a new card for any other reason – your subscriptions will be automatically updated with ‘Automatic Billing Updater’.
