How can I change the delivery address?

We will automatically deliver your Tide Card Reader to your trading address. If you’d like to choose a different delivery address, you must do that before placing your order. 

To change your delivery address, click the ‘Change Delivery Address’ option on the order confirmation page. If your preferred address isn’t listed, go to ‘Settings’ > ‘Business details’ to add it. Refresh the app by closing and reopening it, and your delivery information will update. 

Once you have confirmed your order, you can no longer change the address.
