I've received a defective, damaged or incorrect card reader - how do I return it?

If you receive a defective card reader, tap ‘Support’ in the app to speak to us. The warranty period is 120 days for card readers purchased before 6 August 2024, and 1 year for devices purchased after this date.

If you receive an incorrect card reader, or one that’s been damaged during delivery, you need to let us know within 3 days. 

We’ll give you instructions on how to return the device, and once we’ve received it and confirmed it’s damaged, we’ll send you a replacement, free of charge.
