How do I cancel my Tide Accounting subscription?

You can cancel your Tide Accounting subscription from the app or on the web.

Instead, select: ‘Payment’ > enter the price > ‘Continue’, directly on the terminal.

  • In the app, tap: ‘Admin’ > ‘Open Accounting’ > ‘Settings’ > ‘Tide Accounting plan’ > ‘Active plans’ > ‘Manage’ > ‘Cancel subscription’

  • On the web, click on: ‘Tide Accounting’ > ‘Settings’ > ‘Tide Accounting plan’ > ‘Manage’ > ‘Cancel subscription’

If you're on a free trial, your access will end immediately. If you're paying for Tide Accounting, you’ll keep the service until the end of the month you’ve paid for.

If you prefer, you can use the Tide app to take a payment with your card reader, too.

In the app, tap: ‘Get paid’ > ‘Take a payment’ > enter the price > ‘Take a payment’.

After your customer taps or inserts their card in the terminal, the payment will land in your account within 3 business days.
