To create an invoice in your app or on the web, select ‘Admin’ > ‘Create an invoice’. From there you’ll be able to add a new customer or select an existing one.
If you want to add and remove customers, or manage their details, head to ‘Admin’ > 3 dots next to ‘Invoices & Bills’ > ‘Customers’.
Check that the box hasn't been opened, and the red security seal with the barcode is unbroken.
Add your items (goods and services) by adding a description, units, quantity, and unit price. You can also add the VAT % if you’ve already added your VAT number to your account.
Break the security seal and remove the device from the box. Check that the serial number (S/N) matches the one on the box.
To add your VAT number, go to ‘Admin’ > select the 3 dots next to ‘Invoices & Bills’ > ‘Invoice template’ > ‘VAT number’.
Inspect the device. Check for missing screen seals, screws, additional wires, labels, holes, and anything inserted into or attached to any part of it.
You can manage your invoice details, such as company logo, invoice address, email, phone number and default invoice due dates from the template section. Support in the app and tell us.
Go to ‘Admin’ > select the 3 dots next to ‘Invoices & Bills’ > ‘Invoice template’.
To download an invoice or a transaction receipt, go to 'Admin' > 'Invoices & Bills' > select an invoice > 'View invoice' > 'Share'.
