Can Team Members login to multiple companies on the same device?

Yes, Team Members can log in to multiple companies on the same device. The first time they log into a new company, they must pass onboarding checks.

If a Team Member wants to add a new business to their app, they should tap the ‘Profile’ icon > ‘+ Add’ > ‘Existing business’ > enter email address. We’ll send them an email that must be opened on their mobile device, to follow instructions from there.  Team Members can switch between existing businesses by tapping ‘Profile’ and selecting a company from the list under ‘Your businesses’

Switches between businesses must be authenticated with fingerprint, facial recognition, or their passcode.
