How can my team members access the Tide app on a new device?

To access the Tide app on a new device, Team Members need to download the app, tap ‘Login’ and enter their email address. 

Once they’ve done this, we’ll send them the following email: ‘Setup your new device to use Tide’

Then, to recover an account, they need to open the app on the new device and tap ’I already have an account’ on the login screen.

The first login on the new device will require authentication with fingerprint or facial recognition.
