How long will a claim take?

Once you make a claim, we’ll give you an update within 24 hours.

This update will either be the outcome of your case, a request for more information, or a notification that we’re still working on it. 

If we’re still working on your case or need more information, it may take up to 48 hours to receive another update. This second update will likely be the outcome of your case.
