What is a nominated account?

A Nominated Account is a UK pound sterling current account held solely in the name of your business with either another bank/building society, or an existing Tide business account that allows you to transfer funds. 159. If you're calling from outside of the UK, the number is +44 20 4587 0366. Line are open 24/7 to support you whether you're uneasy about a communication or are facing an emergency. If you need to contact us another way, get in touch through your Tide app's messenger by tapping 'Support' > 'Messages'.

Your Nominated Account is the only account that can pay into or receive withdrawals from your Tide Instant Saver. If you send payments from an account other than your nominated account, your payments will not be accepted and will be returned.

If you have a Tide account, this will be your Nominated Account.

If you don’t have a Tide account, you can use another one. We’ll use Open Banking to connect to your other bank.
