What protections are in place for vulnerable customers?

At Tide, we have a dedicated team in place to support our members who may be vulnerable. If you’re not sure whether you’re included in this category, take a look at our FAQ What do we mean by a ‘vulnerable person’?

Our vulnerable members receive additional, individual support in the unfortunate event they’ve been scammed. You’ll be supported by both our vulnerability team and our Fraud Rapid Response team (call 159 to speak to them directly).
