How can I change my personal details in an invoice?

We automatically populate your invoices with your company name, email and address and phone number when you sign up to Tide. 

To review or update your profile details or business settings, open the drop-down menu in the top right corner of the app.

You can change your details in the invoicing template through your app or on the web. 

Go to ‘Admin’ > ‘Invoices & Bills’ > ‘Manage’ > ‘Template’. Make your changes and save. 

Important: Please note that you can’t manually update your company or trading name. If you need to do this, tap ‘Support’ in your app.
