How are payments made with Payment Links processed?

We’ve partnered with Adyen to facilitate the collection and processing of payments from your customers when you use Tide Payment Links. 

When customers pay with Tide Payment Links, Adyen will hold the money in a payment processing account which we refer to as ‘Merchant Account’. Adyen uses the Merchant Account to collect and record the payments received from your customers via Tide Payment Links before the funds are processed and sent to your Tide Business Account.  Adyen’s T&Cs apply to the Merchant Account and the processing of funds in it.
